Pallet Wrapper SMARTWRAP-X PRE-STRETCH turntable pallet wrapper allows easy operation and control, either automatically via a smart panel or manually for personalized management. 300% pre-stretch ratio provides tighter wrapping of the package at lower film consumption but equally high-level performance. 2000 mm packing height and 1500 mm wide turntable supports wrapping of tall and bulky packages at max loading weight of 1500 kg. With the constant force film system, the film is always equally distributed, while the pre-fix film device ensures high packaging efficiency.

Working principle of Pallet wrapping machine SMARTWRAP-X PRE-STRETCH

The pallet wrapping machine works in the following basic working principle:

1. The goods are transported to the machine by a forklift
2. Once the film head is manually attached to the surface of the goods, the machine starts running and the goods start rotating.
3. During the wrapping process, the film moves in rising motion around the goods.
4. When the film carriage runs to the bottom, the turntable decelerates and stops after completing the wrapping.
5. At the end of the packing cycle, the machine returns to a standby state.

Transportation, storage, and preparation of SMARTWRAP-X PRE-STRETCH Stretch Wrap Machine

To move the machine to a location, lift it with a forklift from the bottom and transport it to a new location.
The machine must be stored in a clean, dry place. Do not place anything on top of the machine.

Cleaning
